If you have purchased or currently hire a Viva series instrument from us, be it a CS10, CS15, TS11 or TS15, you can email us an image of any error or erroneous faults by pressing a hot key configured to User - Screenshot capture or Fn and ’.. The screenshot is displayed and can be edited by sketching. This image will appear in the “Images” folder within your job folder. As a jpeg, email this to techsupport@sccssurvey.co.uk so that we can act to get the instrument repaired.
