1-person survey – the RX isn’t pairing with the instrument!
If you are happy that the link numbers are the same, but it just doesn’t seem to pair up, it may be because the RX has jumped straight into SmartWorx; we want the RX as a remote-control, therefore: go to the 6-icon main menu on the controller, Shift, then F6-EXIT. This will return you to a “windows desktop” screen, from which you can double-tap “system 1200 terminal mode” i.e. remote-mode. The two should pair in seconds.
