Viva & SmartNet – where is my “400 number”?
To aid SCCS and Leica technical support with SmartNet related issues, it is always useful to have your so called “400 number” to hand. SmartNet licenses are listed by a User-ID (400….) and a password (****). Armed with these, we can search for your unique license, see where you are in the UK, and target your NTRIP-connections, to get you up and running again.
Main Menu Instrument Instrument connections All other connections. On the GS connections page highlight RTK Rover. then F4-CTRL, and page across to NTRIP.
