UKAS Calibration
UKAS is the United Kingdom Accreditation Service and is the the only govenment recongnised accreditation body used to assess again internationally reconised standards in certification, calibration, testing and inspection.
UKAS accredtation demonstrates competence, impartiality and sustainable performance of these evaluators.
SCCS are the only company in the UK to have this accreditation for the calibration of EDM to a fixed prism baseline. A total uncertainty of measurement of 0.5mm enables you to be confident that your instrument is measuring within the manufacturer's specification.
Our Calibration laboratory at Rochester offers UKAS approved baseline for the calibration of EDM. The calibrations are performed by expert staff in a controlled environment.

Repair
SCCS have specialist surveying equipment repair workshops on two sites. We hold a large selection of spares. We have many years of experience in the repair of Leica and other manufacturer's surveying equipment. Our staff are factory trained and complete continuous professional training programmes to ensure we continue to meet the highest standards. We have the only Leica approved electronic workshop in the UK.
Our expert staff repair, calibrate and service all types of surveying equipment and provide detailed estimates for all work. We hold a large selection of spares and have a dedicated administration team.
In addition our laboratory at Rochester has the only UKAS approved baseline in the UK.
